Our team

Scott and Phil co-lead the church and are principally responsible for spiritual oversight, church vision and values, teaching and developing new leaders.

The Church is committed to releasing others into areas of operational leadership.  Our wider leadership are volunteers each of whom are responsible for key areas of church life.

We are strong supporters of mid-week 'life groups', which are the discipleship and pastoral heart of the church.  All regular worshippers are encouraged to join a life group.  Our life group leaders each take responsibility for their life groups and provide care, nurture and pastoral support to its members.  Pastoral care is managed on a relational basis and is also supported more widely by other individuals from across the church community.

Pershore Community Church is a charitable incorporated organisation (CIO) with a constitution that is registered with and regulated by the Charity Commission. Our trustees are responsible for governance matters related to the church and its reporting responsibilities to the Charity Commission.
